Zone 01
CNC Cutting
Precision plate cutting on a 2.5 × 12 m bed with plasma and oxy-fuel heads, plus profile punching and notching for downstream fabrication.

Zone 02
Rolling Process
Heavy-plate rolling and section forming for shells, chimneys, pressure vessels and pipe spools — from binding rolls through hydraulic press-brake forming.

Zone 03
Welding Stations
18-meter linear submerged-arc welding line paired with certified manual crews (SMAW / GTAW / GMAW) for structural and pressure work.

Zone 04
Storage Yard
A 20,000+ m² facility with multi-bay overhead cranes for staging plate stock, fabricated spools and finished assemblies ready for dispatch.

Zone 05
Sandblasting & Coating
Dedicated blast chamber achieving SA 2.5 surface preparation followed by airless application of industrial protective coating systems.

Quality & NDT
ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001-aligned inspection: dimensional control, welder qualification records, DFT film-thickness measurement and NDT for critical joints.
