Egypt has no shortage of workshops that can cut and weld steel. The number that can carry a coded, inspected, document-backed scope from drawing to delivered structure is much smaller — and that is the only list worth shortlisting from.
What the scope covers
TARRADCO has worked from its Alexandria yard since 1985, serving petroleum, gas, petrochemical, marine, cement and construction clients across Egypt and the Gulf. Certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, with in-house rolling, CNC cutting, welding, sandblasting and coating, and site erection crews.

Design and fabrication codes the shop actually works to — API 650, ASME VIII, AWS D1.1, ASME B31.3
Yard capacity and equipment owned rather than subcontracted: rolling, CNC, blasting chamber, lifting
Welder qualification records and NDT capability, and who witnesses the inspection points
Coating done in-house to ISO 12944 versus sent out to a third party
Track record with comparable clients and comparable scope, not just tonnage claims
Site erection capability and HSE record, if the scope does not end at the gate
Document control: as-built drawings, material certificates and a released dossier
