What the scope covers
TARRADCO fabricates plant frames, pipe racks, platforms, walkways, hangars and industrial buildings from Alexandria, and erects them across Egypt — including coastal and petroleum sites where corrosion protection is the deciding factor.
- Shop detailing review, fabrication drawings and material take-off
- Beams, columns, bracing, trusses, pipe racks, platforms, stairs and handrails
- Welding to AWS D1.1 by qualified welders, with visual and NDT inspection
- Trial assembly in the yard where fit-up risk justifies it
- SA 2.5 blasting and an ISO 12944 coating system matched to the site environment
- Transport, site erection, alignment, bolting and touch-up by our crews

Tonnage and, more importantly, connection count — bolted connections drive shop hours
Section sizes and whether members are straight, curved or built-up plate girders
Weld category and NDT percentage set by the structural class
Corrosion category of the site: coastal and petroleum environments need a heavier system
Erection height and lifting requirements, including crane class and access
Distance from Alexandria and transport constraints for long members
Whether galvanising is specified in addition to, or instead of, paint
