Our rolling department handles binding and rolling of pipes, structural sections, angles and plate sheets — the foundation of tank shells, chimney cans and curved architectural steelwork.
Rolls are set up and checked against curvature templates to hold consistent radii along the full length of the workpiece, with pre-bending on plate ends to eliminate flats.
We roll for our own tank and chimney fabrication, and take in external work for other fabricators who need capacity or larger-radius capability.
