We deliver full surface preparation and protective coating in-house — sandblasting to SA 2.5 near-white metal standard, followed by airless painting to the required dry-film thickness, layer count and coating specification.
Coating systems are selected to match service environment — atmospheric, splash zone, immersion, chemical exposure — and applied under controlled climatic conditions with wet-film and DFT verification per coat.
This lets us hand over fabricated steel with a documented protective system that meets international coating standards and lasts.
