What the scope covers
TARRADCO keeps the full metal fabrication chain in one Alexandria yard: CNC plate cutting, heavy rolling, welding including submerged arc, sandblasting to SA 2.5, protective coating, and erection crews for site. One contract, one inspection trail, one company accountable for the result.
- CNC plasma and oxy-fuel plate cutting, profiling and bevelling
- Heavy plate and section rolling for shells, cones and curved members
- Structural steel fabrication: beams, columns, trusses, platforms and walkways
- Pressure and non-pressure welding by qualified welders, with NDT
- Sandblasting to SA 2.5 and airless coating to the project paint system

The variables we quote against
Material: plate grade, thickness and whether the client supplies steel or we procure it
Complexity: rolled and coned parts cost more per tonne than straight structural work
Welding metres and the required weld category, which sets the NDT percentage
Surface preparation grade and the coating system specified
Fabrication tolerance class and the level of dimensional control required
Whether the scope ends at delivery or includes transport and site erection
Programme: compressed schedules mean parallel shifts and dedicated bays
